  • Eligibility for Returns: To be eligible for a return, the item must be in the same condition as received—unworn, unused, with all original tags, and in its original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is also required.
  • Return Request: To initiate a return, please contact us at vanenter04@gmail.com with your order details. We require an unboxing video taken on the day of delivery to accept returns or replacements. Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.
  • Return Shipping: Once your return is approved, we will provide a return shipping label and instructions on how to send your package back. You are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., wrong item or defective product).

Exchange Policy:

  • Exchanges: If you wish to exchange your item for a different size, color, or another product, please return the original item first. After your return is accepted, you can place a new order for the desired item. This ensures that you receive the correct product quickly.
  • Non-Exchangeable Items: Certain items cannot be exchanged, including custom products, personalized items, sale items, and gift cards. Please contact us if you have questions about your specific item.

Damages and Issues:

  • Upon receiving your order, please inspect the items carefully. If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, contact us immediately with an unboxing video so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Refunds:

  • Refund Process: After we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval status of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed and automatically applied to your original payment method. Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
  • Non-Refundable Items: Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns or provide refunds for sale items, gift cards, and certain custom or personalized products.
