Returns and Replacements:

  • We perform quality checks before dispatching products. To accept returns or replacements, an unboxing video of the product on the day of delivery is required.
  • To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition as received—unworn, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.
  • You will also need to provide a receipt or proof of purchase.
  • To initiate a return, please contact us at vanenter04@gmail.com. Once your return is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label along with instructions on how to send your package back. Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues:

  • Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item. Make sure to provide an unboxing video so that we can evaluate the issue and resolve it promptly.

Exceptions / Non-returnable Items:

  • Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as custom products (e.g., special orders or personalized items). Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
  • Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges:

  • The fastest way to get what you need is to return the item you have. Once your return is accepted, you can make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds:

  • Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you about the status of your refund. If approved, you will be automatically refunded to your original payment method. Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
